Design of the facility is paramount to ensure that the focus is on reducing patients’ stress, to include patient and staff safety; staff morale and productivity; and environmental sustainability. We ensure that the patient has a comfortable journey through the clinical pathway.

The Building incorporates project management as well as implementing the infrastructure needed to commission the health facility.

Project management in conjunction with the health planning team - ensure the clinical pathway aligns with the proposed model of care.
State Licensing - Approvals to build a health facility with the State Health Regulatory Bodies.
Governance - Creating the corporate and organisational structures to fit the business model.
Recruitment and mentoring of key personnel.
Human resource management.
Development and implementation of the Quality, Risk and Safety Management systems.
Address the National Safety and Quality in Health Service Standards (NSQHS) and implement the processes to support them.
Address the ISO:9001 and/or Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) and implement the processes to support them.
Lead the team with the accreditation expectations.
Prepare the Health Facility for the State Health Department Audit.
Infection control management.
Procurement - equipment, consumables and supplies.
Supplier engagement and introduction.
Sourcing and recommending information management systems to fit the Health Facility.
